Thomas F.X. Varacalli, Ph.D., is Lecturer of Political Science. He joined the Texas State faculty in Fall 2016. He received his bachelor's degree in history from Belmont Abbey College in 2011 and his doctorate in political science from Louisiana State University in 2016. His teaching and research interests are in constitutional law and the history of political thought. He has published in Naval War College Review, Logos, and History of Political Thought.
